TiOEX-803

Plastic Application

Including packaging, agriculture, transport, medical, domestic appliances and other applications, can maintain its appearance and strength with the help of titanium dioxide. Extremely low impurity content; strictly controlled particle size of 0.20-0.25um, blue hue; available in two processes which are very low aluminium coating and dense inorganic silica-aluminium coating. Ensure the product has excellent whiteness, good processability, excellent anti-cracking porosity and excellent weather resistance for outdoor use. Both products can be used in applications such as high quality masterbatches, plastic films, plastic steel profiles or plastic parts requiring colour stability for outdoor use.

Product Characteristics

The products of the TiOEX-8 series come with an inorganic coating and organic surface treatment, and is widely used as a general-purpose product in the plastics industry. The advanced production process results in good processibility in high concentration masterbatch applications, and the special surface treatment technology provides excellent anti-cracking properties under high temperature processing conditions.

Scope of application

TiOEX-8 series is suitable for a range of medium and high-quality plastic masterbatches, plastic floor adhesives, PVC, pipes, rubber products, injection molding and compression molding materials, as well as various plastics for industrial use as well as polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyolefin, and engineering plastics applications.
